Do you ship internationally?

We proudly ship to most international locations.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or VAT determined by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Chassey does not control these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Orders are made on-demand to reduce uneccessary waste! Processing typically 2–5 business days, note that holidays may affect this general timeline.

US shipping:3–7 business days.
International:7–21 business days (customs may apply).

What is the return/refund policy?
